Overview:

The Remote Screening Specialist plays a crucial role in facilitating remote screenings and assessments, particularly for individuals with  various cognitive abilities, with a focus on neuro-rehabilitation. This position requires a high level of clinical expertise and exceptional communication skills to ensure accurate assessments and provide valuable support to our clients.

 

Qualifications:

1. A degree in a relevant field such as neuro-rehabilitation, neuroscience, or a related discipline. (EEG Technician, PT / OT, PTA / COTA) or related profession.

2. Clinical experience and expertise in neuro-rehabilitation and cognitive assessments.

3. Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to various communication styles and cognitive abilities.

4. Proficiency in telehealth and remote assessment technologies.

5. Exceptional organizational and documentation skills.

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

8. A commitment to ethical and professional standards in healthcare.

9. Strong organizational and time management skills. 

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct Remote Screenings: Perform remote assessments and screenings for individuals with a variety cognitive abilities, ensuring the use of appropriate assessment tools and techniques.

2. Strong Neuro Clinical Skills: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and expertise in neuro-rehabilitation to accurately screen for whether one is appropriate for using Neurolutions devices.

3. Communication: Exhibit exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with individuals possessing a wide range of cognitive abilities, ensuring clarity, patience, and empathy in all interactions. 

4. Manage scheduling of remote screenings, to include logistics of screening equipment. 

5. Must be able to ship and receive screening equipment, and manage customer scheduling.

6. Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team internally and with customers.

7. Data Analysis: Analyze assessment data to identify trends, patterns, and progress in clients' cognitive and neurological functioning.

8. Ethical Standards: Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all interactions and assessments, ensuring confidentiality and respect for clients' privacy.
